In this study, we have employed the deep RNA sequencing technique to analyze the transcriptomic profiles of CPB cells at progressive time points after ISKNV infection. We have obtained a transcriptomic library of 66,787 unigenes from CPB cells, 33,425
(50.05%) of which were new transcripts compared to known genes in public databases. Among the DEGs found in this study, many were annotated in the pathway known to be involved in the pathogenesis of the ISKNV. In the report, we concentrated our further analysis on the RLRs and apoptosis pathways.
