As per below comment from Bayer, I guarantee that It’s never happened form our commercial system.
We always provide Tax invoice & Receipt once we get payments confirmation from them for payments collection twice time a month.(1st & 16th) if they release payment.
For invoicing system is totally difference, We can place invoice once we received Self billing invoice no. from them only.
But having self-billing invoice, It’s depend on how fast we can submit our breakdown to their system.
As far as I know we have lacking in internal coordination between INS and SCF.
To solving this problem I suggest to set up for team building over there.
