For your new mailbox upgrade date and time, please refer to the WorleyParsons Global Mailbox Upgrade list. If your new migration time states ‘To be scheduled’, you will receive another email notification 48 hours before your upgrade occurs.
Due to the complexity of the upgrade, number of mailboxes (over 46,000) and the amount of data being migrated, unfortunately from time-to-time a reschedule is required. No changes have been made to your current Outlook mailbox, emails or WorleyParsons mobile device (if applicable).
