A balanced diet provides all teh nutrition our body needs and helps to ensure that our nervous system remians healthy.
Write regularly
When we write, we use our brain, spinal cord and nerves. Writing requires precision and coordination within the nervous system to produce neatly written words.
One way to exercise our nervous system is to spend 15 minutes a day writing neatly on a piece of paper.
Avoid alcohol, drugs and cigarettes
These substances are harmful to our nervous system and general health, so they should be avoided.
