“ Thing we need every day : Pencils. ”
Pencil is the important thing we need every day. We use a pencil to write, record and drawing.
The main parts of a pencil are the graphite rods and the cedar slat . Pencil cores are made of graphite mixed with clay. The clay to make pencil cores strong.
The wood used to manufacture pencils must be able to withstand repeated sharpening and cut easily without splintering. Most pencils are made from cedar(specifically, California cedar).
Process beginning with the piece of wood prepared to wear a long groove by a machine. Then drops glue down, And hauling wood to mesh together like a sandwich. Then they went into the oven dried .
Two sets of slats are sent through a glue machine. Glue and graphite rods are laid in the grooves. A second set of grooved slats is fed into the machine with the grooves down, to fit over the rods and make a “sandwich” . The sandwich is clamped until it is bonded. It is then shaped by a machine until it becomes raw pencils . These are then painted and printed before having the eraser attached .
