The Dunkin Hartley guinea pigs are widely used as the animal model in toxicity testing and immunological medicine. However, there was a few available data on clinical chemistry in guinea pig. Therefore, we managed this study to provide supportive information for developing the reference range for 13 clinical biochemistry parameters that pertain to metabolism and function of the organ (kidney and liver). Blood sample from male and female guinea pigs were obtained at one, three and six months of age. Of 13 parameters analysis, found 10 parameters were affected by age and sex. Especially, Alkaline phosphatase clarity showed decreasing trend along age in contrast to the total protein, albumin and glucose developed increasing in female. All the age group, values in female showed higher than male at p
