Job responsibility:
• Responsible for all customer service activities as assigned accounts
• Ensure customer is being served with highest satisfaction
• Attend assigned customer enquiries and response in a timely manner with accurate information
• Co-ordinate with shipper in detail to ensure smooth delivery
• Co-ordinate with marketing, sales and pricing team to obtain ad hoc or spot quotation
• Co-ordinate with other departments eg, custom clearance and subcontractors to arrange delivery
• Co-ordinate with carriers for booking available space according to customer requirements
• Handle customer complaint. Incidents and irregularities
• Arrange for additional service upon customer request
• Provide customer service report to manager
• Contribute new ideas for improvement periodically
