• Daily Sales Performances Report of all Sony Store (by categories)
• Weekly Meeting Report with Showroom Heads on Sales Plans & Target
• Monthly Report on Actual Sales Performances VS Targeted including any concerns, and inventory level & turnover of each product category. In order to monitor Sony Store Sales Performance effectively and to keep management updated and take necessary
• Assist all Sony Store in displaying products & solutions in order to response to customer and lift up shop standard and point of purchase (POP)
• Provide Showroom staff on products and sales information in order to response to customer effectively & correctly
• Maintain and update the VOC (Voice of Customer) information, survey, concerns in the Customer Database in order for management and marketing team to understand of customers requirement & expectation
