EBay bans some types of sales. Among those particularly relevant to businesses are a ban on selling information or contract lists for buyers who run a home-based business. EBay also requires that any goods delivered digitally be listed in a specific Information Products category as a classified advert with a fixed price, rather than put up for auction in a relevant category. IOffer does not allow the sale of unauthorized, counterfeit or replica goods. Goods that appear to infringe on the rights of a third party (such as trademark violation) or are offensive are subject to review by iOffer and the listing may be withdrawn. The reviews are usually triggered by keywords in the listing title, though if you have a listing withdrawn, you may have future listings reviewed automatically.
