Communication was measured by three items which have been adopted from Rodriguez et al., (2005)
and adapted from Bordonaba-Juste and Polo-Redondo (2008). Social Responsibility is measured by
using seven items which have been adapted from Salmones, Crespo, and Bosque (2005). Ongoing
business assistance is measured by using three items which have been adapted from Roh and Ji-Hwan
(2009) and Hing (1995).
