To support in payroll administration process and input data to the system.
•To collect, check and calculate overtime records before operating on the payroll process.
•To distribute Pay slip, Annual withholding income tax certificate, etc.
•To establish staff personal files and provide supporting documents for new staff and ensure that employment the important documents are kept and always update.
•To support on administration works and other assignments as required.
•Provide accurate legal advice to management and staff emphasis on labor law, labor relations.
