he study reveals a tiny non-enhancing hypodense focus, 0.6cm in diameter, at left basal ganglia. An inhomogeneous enhancing extra-axial mass, 2.9x3.6cm in size, at left cerebellopontine angle (CPA). It causes effacement and right lateral displacement of fourth ventricle and left petrous bony remodeling. Subarachnoid hemorrhage at suprasellar cistern, left sylvian fissure and parietal sulci. Mild dilatation of lateral and third ventricle. No shifting of the midline structures is observed. The visualized mastoid air cells and paranasal sinuses are clear.
