By sharing what works best in other parts of an organization, v sharing what works best in one. a employees get evidence, and expertise all dispute the harder(but, unfortunately, not impossible) to ignore or value a practice has bottom-line evidence. By embedding the knowledge in action, best practices transfer can help others in organization learn better, faster, and more effectively. But the internal transfer of best practices is not as simple as picking diagram or process flow chart and faxing it up to another location. Like any KM approach, it takes an organized strategy, a clear focus significant resources and a way to overcome the enablers and disablers that encourage or impede transfer.
