present work these were set from the vineyard planting to the
storage of the wine before bottling (Fig. 2). As Cerutti et al. (2014a)
reported in their literature review on LCA and fruit production, the
two most frequently used system boundaries are cradle-to-gate
and cradle-to-market, so the system boundary of this research
has been set on the storage, in order to better focus attention on the
environmental hot spots of unsold wine.
