The lower limit of detection
(LOD) (0.37 μg/mL, 96.5 pmol in 110 μL sample)was obtained by
using SWCNT–PGEs for detection of TPT in comparison to the ones obtained
by pretreated and unmodified PGEs (0.51 μg/mL and 0.45
μg/mL, equal to 130 pmol and 117 pmol in 110 μL sample, respectively).
After TPT detection at various concentrations, the interaction of TPT and
dsDNA was performed in various interaction times. Impedimetric measurements
were also performed under the optimum experimental conditions
and the changes at Rct valuewere evaluated by means ofSWCNT
modification, immobilization and drug-DNA interaction process.
