why HOYER had quoted & booked for unloading at Bangkok port ?
LaemChaBang port is closer for delivery to customer - Patum Oil.
Does HOYER know the point of delivery of this cargo ?
we have been handling SMO cargo at LaemChabang port and getting
the DG import Permit & formalities at LCB is much quicker than Bangkok .
Really there should be no additional COD charges . in fact you should save money.
so much confusion at HOYER Dammam . just quite useless .
