* Detached the guide roll from the shrinking machine for changing rubber belt.
* Took up the roll by forklift 1 and put it on the pallet another forklift 2 held to install it on the workplace for changing the parts.
* At that time, the front side of the pallet lowered by the roll's own weight. The roll rolled and fell. (about 40cm from a floor face)
* He tried to stop the roll by his leg, but could not stop it. The roll fell, hit his right foot, and he was injured.
