In order to assure a smooth migration, to mitigate risks and to circumvent
potential impacts of a big bang migration, Postbank decided to launch the
re-designed service in a phased approach.
Given this baseline Postbank has set 8 migration groups, consisting
of 5 to 6 customers, being activated at the same date.
This approach enabled Postbank and Eurogiro to assist the ESSP
customers in a hand-held customer approach.
Migration was conducted successfully between June and August 2015
without major issues.
