In thiswork,anintegratedmetabolomicsandlipidomicsapproach
using 1H nuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)andultra-fastLC–MS in
combinationwithmultivariateanalyseswasemployedtoinvestigate
the discriminationofplasmametabolicprofilesbetweenHS-freeand
HSlactatingdairycows.Hereweprovidetheinformationaboutthe
acquiringandprocessingofrawdataobtainedby 1H NMRandLC–MS
