Calculations were done using coined

Calculations were done using coined package (Hothorn, Hornik, Van de Wiel, & Zeileis, 2015) in R statistical software version 3.2.0 for Windows. Because of the ordinal type of the data captured by Likert-stylequestions, median andrangewere applied torepresent data for each question per group. Exact p-values were calculated through the ManneWhitney U test method. The results are summarized in Table 4:
