To find out the optimum pH of the protease
produced by B. cereus the activity of partially
purified enzyme was measured at different pH.
Protease enzyme activity was measured at different
pH values (7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 10.5 and 11.5) using
Phosphate buffer, Tris-HCl buffer and Na2CO3/NaOH
buffer. Reaction mixtures of different pH were
incubated at 501C and the activity of enzyme was
measured.
