The Economic Research and Regional Cooperation Department (ERCD) of ADB seeks qualified economists to fill vacancies at various levels from time to time. Economists are expected to contribute to its policy research and technical assistance program in macroeconomics, finance and growth; international trade and global production networks; poverty, human capital, and employment; and enterprise development, infrastructure development, project economic analysis, impact evaluation, and applied statistics. Visit www.adb.org/data/main for detailed information on the work of ERCD.
Terms of Appointment
Initial appointments offered to economists are for a fixed term of three years. If performance during this period suggests potential for a successful ADB career, and if ADB has a continued need for the position, the individual may be offered regularization (an indefinite appointment) at the end of the initial appointment. http://www.adb.org/site/careers/what-we-offer
