- Manage all infrastructures and utilities of the Company
- Manage overall Facility Maintenance, Security & Safety Section covering planning, budgeting, coordinating, scheduling of work, conducting meeting, maintaining maintenance and project budgets, following up and reporting of all facility & safety projects/assignments
- Work closely with subordinates and floor owner to conduct root cause analysis, problem solving, prevention of recurrence and annual preventive maintenance plan regarding all facilities in the Head Office Buildings and Distribution Center
- Propose yearly maintenance plan and budget
- Conduct energy saving, building maintenance and housekeeping, safety and environment in the premises
- Manage spare parts storage and maintenance service (both in-house service and sub-contractor service) for all retail shops
- Conduct building inspection and DC visit to evaluate current situation and areas for improvement
- Deal with sub-contractor for cost estimation, price negotiation, project conclusion, contract preparation and project control for construction/renovation/maintenance project or contracted service
- Review and primary approve for repair and maintenance expense
- Monitor the team performance and provide expertise and support to subordinates to complete all tasks effectively
- Develop policies, standard operating procedures and best practices, including written guidance/work instruction for safety, security and facility management
- Coach, train and motivate the team to meet target and company’s expectations
- Communicate and provide regular updates on all regular tasks, assignments and projects to supervisor and all parties concerned
- Responsible for adherence to Corporate and Divisional policies and practices
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and the Management
RE: The incumbent will also need to travel occasionally for site check-up/inspection at Distribution Center (Bangpla, Samutprakarn) as deemed necessary.
