I have a 64-bit processor operating as a 32-bit processor in order to run my engineering software. I am operating on the Windows 7 Professional platform with the SP1 update.
The device that is not recognized is an external DVD/CD device connected by USB. Below is a sampling of some of the error messages that occur when I try to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
