6.11ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION
In the design of all prestressed concrete members it is necessary to consider the different stages in the life of a member (see Fig. 6-1).
For noncomposite members, concete stresses are usually checked for just two stages, the initial stage (see Fig. 6-19). For composite construction it is necessary to check at least the following three stages (see Fig. 6-23):
