The administrators and the teachers were satisfied with the effective
academic affairs administration system of the primary schools. Given the feedback, there were reports of the
development of the academic administration system. In terms of the input, the process, the feedback, the output
in align with the recommendations and improvements, it was found that there were reports of the outcome of the
system used to improve individual aspects and make the teachers more confident. In the beginning, the teachers

were not confident whether they were able to upgrade the students’ performance. The findings indicated that it
was necessary for all to cooperate so that teachers and the students would be motivated and encouraged.
