There is a lot of CRM software; it has differences at some
degree. So it is very difficult for many enterprises to make
final decision. Therefore, there are some suggestions:
1) Selection of software should in accordance with CRM
system long-term planning and short-term objective. Selection
can press close to enterprises’ required product.
2) The processor of CRM system is business unit.
Therefore, selection work should work in conjunction with
business unit, but not just simply assign the task to IT unit.
3) When selecting software supplier, enterprises should
consider the product’s openness, technical support ability and
sustainable development.
4) External implementation partner is also very
important. Firstly, the selected partner should have successful
experience in CRM area. It should also be familiar with the
industry, which the enterprise operating at. Secondly,
enterprises should deliberately describe required external
staff’s ability, timetable, etc. before implementation. It should
come to an agreement with external partner, which ensure the
stability of provided personnel.
