The calibration curve was obtained for standard solutions in the
range of 1–10 mg L1 P. The resulting equation was:
Abs = (0.018 ± 0.010) + (0.050 ± 0.002) C with a correlation coefficient
of 0.9977. The coefficient of variation, under repeatability conditions, was 2.2% (6 degrees of freedom). The estimated LOD
was 0.14 mg L1 and LOQ was 0.46 mg L1. The LOD and LOQ were
estimated using the equations: LOD = 3 sb/S, and LOQ = 10 sb/S,
respectively, where S is the slope and sb is the blank solution standard
deviation (nb = 10).
