The End of the year and new year is a period when people don’t stay at home and cook.
Therefore, we assume that it may have affected the participation to be low.
We didn’t get any complain or error message from facebook users.
Therefore, we assume that mechanic may not be the reason for low participation.

Current campaign requires consumers to buy KEWPIE products before joining the campaign, making them to own KEWPIE products.
Therefore, we assume KEWPIE products as the BIG prize may not have generated passion for consumers to get KEWPIE products nor join campaign.
Solution
In order to increase campaign participation…
- We would like to propose to extend campaign period to 15 Feb’15 for FREE. We will absorb the facebook operation and maintenance fee.
- We would like to suggest to change the PRIZE to be more attractive.
Opt 1. To change the prize to super market voucher or any cash vouchers that our target ( Female, Age 20 – 40 who live in BKK) loves.
Opt 2. To change the prize to be for all participates able to get KEWPIE products.
- We would like to suggest to change banner artwork and text focusing on the NEW PRIZE.
