Abstract— This paper presents the design of a multifunction filter using voltage differencing differential difference amplifier (VDDDA). It is constructed from single VDDDA, single resistor and two capacitors. The proposed filter has three input voltages and single output voltage. It is considered as versatile filter because it can provide five voltage filter responses, high-pass (HP), Band-pass (BP), low-pass (LP), band-reject (BR) and all- pass functions with same circuit topology. The selection of input voltage to get output responses can be done without matching condition of passive and active elements. The natural frequency and quality factor can be tuned electronically by adjusting the bias current. Simulation results using PSpice macro model of commercially available ICs based VDDDA show the notable benefits of our circuit.
