A spatial computing architecture for calculating two
independent parameters from a set of measured data,
according to a model of a generic linear or non-linear
function, has been proposed. Two parameters fitting covers
most of practical cases.
The implementation has been validated into a medium
profile FPGA device, achieving an operating frequency of
more than 200 MHz with a limited investment of resources.
It has been experimentally verified that the proposed
solution is an extremely convenient alternative to temporalcomputer
implementations solutions (PC and DPS) especially
in real-time applications.
