The present study describes a simple, precise, rapid and reproducible method to identify three flavonoids one phenolic acid and one polyalcohol in the methanolic extract of aerial parts of monosperma and coronarium.
The methanolic extracts were partitioned further to determine the solvent most suitable for the extraction of these flavonoids and phenolic acid.
