As the new business plan gets underway, performance in the software division is felt to be much weaker than was anticipated and problems in meeting production and customer deadlines are increasing. It has been established that this is not the fault of the newly appointed software technicians, who are all well qualified and capable of doing the job required of them. However, they feel they are not being given the direction and instructions that they expected when they joined the company.
The new supervisors are not doing the job required of them. They are not managing the performance of the new software technicians, and many of the new technicians are voicing their dissatisfaction with the management and are threatening to leave!
