I’m not a far hitter so I will mostly try to save par but when I have a chance I will away do my best to do an Eagle or a birdie. Over the years, I have learnt how to listen to my coaches and apply what they advise me to do. My style is getting better and I get more distance.
I worked to improve my pelvic control, this was done with corrective exercises for pelvic tilt.
The ability to move and control the position of the pelvis is critical for optimal power transfer from the ground to the upper body,arms and then club during the swing.
