I have recently joined L’Oréal and I am managing the international launch of a new hair gel. I have been told that the gel is very innovative however I am not sure whether I understand the true value of the product. In order to start the promotion of the hair gel I have to involve other departments to create an action plan. The issue is that I am not sure how to promote the product internally and involve other departments, as I do not know what to say about the benefits and added value of it.
How would you deal with this issue?
