It has also been stressed that for electronic learning to be successfully implemented in organisations, there is certainly the need for organisational support (Selim, 2005). This support is to be inclusive of e-training platforms, good policies, incentives, making available information and technical assistance.
In many organisations, e-training has become one of the issues given high priority. This is to make training and development of employees easy without having to relocate them out of the work environments.
