1) Knowledge collection subsystem
Knowledge acquisition subsystem is the input system of the
enterprise knowledge management system. It is the basis of
knowledge management. It focuses on the enterprise's core
field of knowledge. Initial acquisition of the system only
contains rich knowledge of information resources, which
should be further mined.
2) Knowledge organization subsystem
The subsystem of knowledge organization is the core of
knowledge management, it is a system which makes the
haphazard knowledge of enterprise in order. It includes both
explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. The subsystem is
connected with the knowledge collection and knowledge
communication subsystem, the advantages and disadvantages
of its function directly affects the knowledge communication
subsystem performance, and in relation to the success or failure
of the knowledge network system.
3) Knowledge communication subsystem
Knowledge communication subsystem is the output system
of knowledge network system, the user interface is the end user
visible part. The subsystem will collect and combine the results
of the knowledge system and the knowledge organization
systems. After the order of relevant information, it finally
disseminates knowledge to specific users who have different
permissions through the organization.
