In developing countries have contributed to raising the level of people's lives better. People have jobs to do and a more stable career. Not only had the average income of the population increased but also poverty reduction. In contrary, there are countries have not develop much. In case of Philippines has problem with the gap between rich and poor are larger the rich live in good places good facilities, on the other hand the poor people do not have ability to live in better places because of the social inequality in the Philippines. And lack of social infrastructure such as primary health, education and the prices of basic daily life becoming expensive and they need to pay for life no choices (Worawutth, 2014). According to Chareonwongsak (2013) mentioned that Philippines is facing with brain drain is mean skilled worker migrate to another place to search a better life and higher wages as well as this has originated concern since 1980s that caused many Filipino want to emigrated permanently. However, Migration of the population will have much impact on daily life as well. Because of the difference of wage rates is higher, and the need to change careers to lead a better life. Most of Philippines labour come to work in Thailand mostly work as undocumented workers because those workers came with a tourist visa and no work permit. Thereby, they will work for a while and go back into the country to carry on hiring documents with the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration Office to change the status of labor migrants to work as Oversea Filipino workers (OFWs) that those workers will be able to work in a legal workers (Sornsri, 2014). Therefore, mostly Philippines labour work as a teacher because their English skills is efficiently and have been persuaded by friends or relatives as well as convince them to emigrate to work together or called “migrant network”. But there are obstacles about family for Philippines labour and they are facing with the fact that parents need to work in foreign countries, children grew without parents tend to have more mental illness, disintegration of family like increasing fragility of marriage also tend to criminality among adolescent, and domestic violence, and especially female workers, may face problems of violence in working in foreign countries. In situations of changing, a family have to consider to send one of the family to work in foreign countries in order to maximize income and survival chances(Hugo, 1994). These can see that Thailand have a carelessly policy or agreements to make many foreigner labors want to work in the country. Once the migrants have settled in Thailand and secured a work permit, family reunification is easily possible because immigration laws in Thailand allow registered migrant workers to obtain a dependent visa for their immediate family members and dependents.
