(iv) Select breakthrough items that will allow the organisation to reach the vision quickly
In terms of making the breakthrough, it is necessary to isolate a small number (perhaps three or four) of immediate goals which will assist the organisation in moving towards the stated objectives.
(v) Communicate the vision and methods to all employees
In order for the vision to be achievable, it is essential that every employee and member of the organisation is fully familiar with the vision and with the goals and processes necessary in for the vision to be achieved.
(vi) Provide a structure for monitoring progress towards the vision
There has to be some form of monitoring and control procedure in place, so that the rate of progress of the organisation towards achieving the goals and milestones in order to progress towards the stated vision is controlled.
