Thank you very much for the update which shows the history and forecast
very well. I suggest you to set up the meeting with the sales manager and
the sales supervisor once a month to check the sales forecast for next 3 months.
The forecast based on both the history and the estimate by our sales team
can bring the most accurate figures. Normally the customers take some time
before making the final purchase decision so our sales team should have
some information for the future sales. We need our team working together.
Please lead the team for this project. I am very pleased to see the progress.
