I will give you more information about this machine.
Since one month ago.
We have the problem which is sometimes no image after scan finish.
Users may need to rescan or at worst case, users must be shut down the system and turn it on again.
2 week ago . we have reinstall software but the system can work normal 4 or 5 day after that we found that the same problem.
And now we have reinstall again. Also confirm all connector which they do cleanup is ok.
I believe the problem still remains as soon. Because we found some error in error log.
How about your found many errors in the system logs.
I’m still waiting your HQ for finding the good solution for us.
The problem here is going up and will be big problems in future for neusoft in Thailand.
Please speed up the process to fix all the problem.
