First, Add and boil water into a 2 quart pot . then put galangal sliced , lemongrass sliced , kaffir lime leaves and wait until the water boils. Next, put mushrooms. wait until the water boils. add the shrimps. After that, Put the 5-6 tablespoon fish sauce, 7 tablespoon lemon juice, 7 tablespoon fresh milk, 5 chilies and 3 sprigs parsley add into the pot. finally,scoop the shrimp and liquid into the serving bowls immediately. sprinkle with Fried shallots and be ready to serve.
