- Analyzing and evaluate the result of HRD activities
- Making the evaluation form and following the result of HRD activities
- Responsible for HRD examination
- Making the processes of examination (creating , testing, evaluating and summarizing the score
- Coordinating with the other departments to do the training processes
- Making the staffs's training (external and internal training)
- Summarizing the training records for declare to the department of skill development
- Recording the staffs' training into the system HR II
