• Responsible for General day-to-day office administration and employee issues.
• Administration of employee compensation and benefit both of domestic and overseas trip.
• Administration of employee compensation and benefit: payroll, social security, income tax, medical insurance and expenses claim.
• To support in payroll administration process and input data to the system.
• Co-ordination for application and renewal of visas and work permits for foreigner employees.
• Preform Monthly HR – Leave and Late Report.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Co-ordinate and work with concerned department/section in accounting function.
• To support on administration works and other assignments as required
• To establish staff personal files and provide supporting documents are kept and always update
• Works on special projects as needed.
