As you are aware, Thailand ROM’s nomination period has ended. The next step is the Position Review Process during June 6-10 wherein Job Owners will have opportunities to review slates in preparation of the selection event which will take place June 13-17.
The selection event consists of meetings organized by function, during which Selection Committees review each candidate for each job to determine the best fit. Typically, Selection Committee is comprised of the functional PDR, functional managers / leaders relevant to the positions being selected, and a representative from another department for objectivity. In addition, HR business partners will be present to facilitate the process whilst PDR/PDC members will represent employees in their function.
You will be notified of your selection status between July 4-8, 2016. HR and organization leaders will partner to notify all employees of their status as quickly as possible. Please be sure that HR and your supervisor know how to contact you if you are not at work during this time frame.
