What kind of action will the engineer perform? Is it the solution?

It depend on engineer's schedule.
I have heard that TOT does not provide 24/7 maintenance for all areas.
Could you kindly confirm if the customer site belong to the area where 24/7 maintenance is provided or not?
If not, I can ask the customer to arrange the maintenance window during the office hour e.g. lunch time etc..
