Overview
This page allows you to notify us of any amendments / cancellations to reservations to ensure your invoice is raised for the correct amount. It is your responsibility to make any amendments in the system.
You have 24-hour access to the extranet and should make amendments to bookings throughout the month. Therefore please raise your amendments as they occur. You will be sent reminder emails to your Accounts Contact email address mid-month and at the end of the month. No amendments can be made after invoicing.
After you submit an amendment, our Finance team verifies the amendment with the guest or yourselves in accordance to our policies and procedures. If your amendments are not submitted in sufficient time, you will be invoiced for the full commission displayed in our system.
Tips
◦ Make amendments as they occur or at regular intervals within the month
◦ If a guest contacts you to make a cancellation / amendment prior to arrival date, advise them, to contact AsiaRooms Customer Services. AsiaRooms will foward you a notification and there will be no requirement to make an amendment in the system.
