The originaliy proposed design was a fully glazed façade with narrow columns set forward of a curved masonry wall and forming a sunroom or classical conservatory from which to view telfair square and the surrounding historic structures . the final scheme incorporates two cast stone “screens” punctuated by large glazed openings to break up the glass façade.
