Do we ml know who will be released and how long they will be available and when they can back to the team again?
We need to find out how to handle this.

How long of notice period required?
Is it 1 month?
We would need to keep notice period as contracted and find assignment for them but need to know when they need to return to Essilor to make sure we can mobilize them back on schedule.
Another, we should have session with Olivier and K.Anucha for planning seasion soonest also.

As we are now going live with our R12 Asia migration, I would like to inform you that we unfortunately foresee a lower development activity for the months to come.
Of course, we still have very big projects scheduled for this year (business projects and migrations). But these projects will first start with analysis, design and functional specifications steps, where technical profiles will not be involved.
We are still analyzing in details our workload plan. But we already know that :
- we need to release 2 junior resources quite urgently.
- we may need to release 3 more resources if the plan requires it.
We will give you more details very soon on this matter.
More globally, within the frame of good partnership between Essilor and Stone Apple, I think we should discuss on how you could provide us flexibility for this nearshore team.
As it is quite obvious that we will have peaks of high activity and lower activities periods like this one...
On the other hand, we are quite urgently looking for 2 resources with .Net skills, and 1 resource with Java skills.
Can you and your team help finding people with these profiles?
