17/12/2014 the insured contacted CCC to cancel her policy. CCC staff has acknowledged by voice recording. After that this case was sent to DFW for convincing process.
24/12/2014 the result from convincing by BR team is success.
19/1/2015 the insured contacted CCC again and told that TSR has convinced her to hold her policy for two days then he will do the automatic cancellation and refund premium.
28/1/2015 the insured filed a complaint to CCC. We have sent this complaint to TM support for further investigation.
